Serena and Peggy Nigro are a mother-daughter duo with a passion for baking. When we went gluten-free 11 years ago, it was hard to find alternatives that tasted as good as the original desserts. After years of testing recipes, we are proud to have perfected a few! These desserts are so delicious that some people do not even notice they are gluten free. Serena is the baker, while Peggy helps out behind the scenes here at Wildflour. We also have perfected recipes for other dietary restrictions including AIP, Keto, nut free, vegan, and low histamine!
Our business is a labor of love started out of our home, where the love of baking began so many years ago. Since baking is one of Serena's favorite past times, you can trust these desserts are made to taste amazing without the gluten.
